Update aus dem Samtgemeinderat (English)

It was the last meeting of the council of the Salzhausen joint municipality this year. Here you can find an overview of the topics from the last meeting of the year 2022.

On December 19, 2022, the members of the council of the joint municipality met once again - and the agenda was once again a tough one.

For Wulfsen the agenda item 12 was trend-setting. It was about the GE area "Im Osterfelde" (GE=commercial area).

The following resolution was put to the vote:
1. the council decides on the overall consideration of the formal participation procedure in accordance with § 3 para. 2 BauGB and § 4 para. 2 BauGB respectively

2. the Council adopts the present 58th amendment to the land use plan (resolution on declaration). The associated explanatory statement with environmental report is approved. With the resolution of approval, the 58th amendment of the land use plan is to be submitted for approval. It was nice to see that the voting result was unanimous.

Under agenda item 13, we decided to appoint our chief fire officer Jörn Petersen to the position of honorary civil servant for another six years as municipal fire officer of the joint municipality of Salzhausen.
